CEO • General Dentist
Dr. Tavette V. Scavella-Taylor, CEO of Exquisite Dental, is a U.S.-trained and North East Regional Board-certified General Dentist with more than 25 years of experience. Dr. Scavella-Taylor graduated with honors from Howard University College of Dentistry, where she obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001. She also completed her residency at Howard University in Advanced Cosmetic and General Dentistry in 2002.
Dr. Taylor opened her private practice shortly after returning to The Bahamas in May 2003, where she simultaneously practiced as a Dental Officer for more than 10 years at South Beach Dental Clinic before resigning in 2014 to focus fully on her private practice.
Always passionate about dentistry, she continues to remain cutting-edge by attending conferences where continuing education credits are obtained. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Bahamas Dental Association, Nassau Dental Society, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society.
Dr. Scavella-Taylor is a wife and mother who enjoys time spent with friends and family, travel, self-care, and wellness.
